Tattva Farms Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed, Tattva Farms will not accept return or refund requests. However, in any of the following situations, we are more than happy to work with our customers to find a fair solution for all parties involved.
Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 5 days of the delivery date via email at [email protected]. Your email should include:
  • Order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • One image of the outer package
  • Two clear images of the damaged product
If your shipment includes multiple items, only the affected product can be returned and replaced. We will promptly resend and replace the damaged product and work with you to provide an amicable solution. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
Missing Product
If any product is missing from your order, please notify us within 5 days of the delivery date via email at [email protected]. Your email should include:
  • Order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • One image of the outer package
  • Two clear images of the opened box with all items received
We will be unable to accept a refund request but will promptly resend the missing product. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
Spoiled Product
If a product is spoiled, please notify us within 10 days of the delivery date via email at [email protected]. Your email should include:
  • Order number
  • Date of packaging/manufacture
  • Clear images or a video of the product
We will be unable to accept returns due to variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma because our products are completely natural and mostly handmade, so no two batches are identical. No compromise is made in the natural production process, and we use the best natural ingredients to ensure maximum nutritional value is retained. We will work with you to provide an amicable solution. The product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence, and we assure a fair outcome at all times.
